Graeme Bilsland |
Graeme leads our CIO Practice, recruiting Board level and senior technical managers for international Technology, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Retail and Media blue chip companies. He is a specialist in the senior technology function with 10 years recruitment industry experience at this level. This builds on his early career in IT with one of the Dunn & Bradstreet group of companies. He joined Gillamor Stephens in 2005 following a successful career at an international executive search company, where he led the consumer and healthcare divisions within their IT executive search and selection business.
Recent assignments have included large scale IT recruitment programs for a major pharmaceutical company and a major international oil company. He has also recently recruited CIO and EVP level technology professionals in mobile software, entertainment and online media companies.
Graeme holds a BA (Honours) in Business Studies with Modern Languages from the University College of Swansea. He is fluent in French and Italian.
