Jim Poe |
Jim Poe has worked in the retained executive search business since 1986. Prior to joining Polachi he worked with technology companies as a managing director in the firm of Nagler, Robins & Poe. Before that, he spent three years at Fenwick Partners and another three years at Gustin Partners, both high-technology-focused executive search firms.
Throughout his career in executive recruiting, Jim has worked closely with investors and senior client executives in both emerging growth companies and large organizations to help them build superlative management teams. Before entering the executive search field, Jim worked for seven years in a very rapidly growing management consulting organization.
He has successfully completed assignments for chief executives and for leaders of most functional areas for software, Internet, networking, communications, technology consulting, and systems integration companies.
Jim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
