Paul Gillespie |
Paul leads the Venture Capital Practice and the Electronics Practice, delivering global searches to find the best talent for European early stage technology companies. He is a specialist in the wireless, telecoms, electronics and semiconductor sectors. Prior to founding Gillamor Stephens in 1998, Paul was Director of Search & Selection for the IT and Telecom practices of a large public recruitment company. He has 15 years experience in executive level appointments.
Recent assignments have focussed on NxD, CEO, VP and Director level hires across Europe. Technologies have spanned, amongst others, fabless semiconductors, advanced materials, battery technology and wireless software. The searches tend to be trans-Atlantic or global and he has recently hired in the UK, Finland, Austria, Switzerland and France.
Paul holds a BSc (Honours) in Electronic Engineering from York University.
