Paul Kelly |
Paul has 6 years of retained search experience in the Technology sector with BSP, having joined as a Partner in 2002. Through his experience and specialization, Paul has built a network and reputation in the region which gives his clients reach and access to the best possible talent at VP, Country Manager and leadership team levels.
Prior to search Paul had over 20 years experience in the IT sector with a number of high profile technology and solutions vendors. He has held senior sales management and general management positions with multinational vendors such as Olivetti in the UK and Unisys and Novell in Australia.
Paul is highly conversant with the challenges and process of building and developing leadership teams, and this combined with his extensive knowledge of the IT market place provides a firm foundation for best practice business partnerships with BSP’s clients.
Paul currently leads the ANZ High Growth Practice for BSP working on senior level search assignments with Australian, US and European technology vendors.
Paul has an honours degree in Economics from the University of Liverpool along with post graduate studies in Business and Psychology.
