Ray Whitfield |
Ray spent over 40 years in the corporate workforce with careers spanning Human Resources, Consulting and Sales at Director level. His background includes: Human Resources in Airline and Technology companies; Sales, Sales Management and Consulting Management experience in the Technology sector covering hardware, network and communications and software industries; and Major roles to develop new businesses and to “fix” those that were underperforming.
Following this, Ray commenced his career in the executive search profession in February 2005. Since then Ray has undertaken many search roles in the Technology sector covering senior sales and consulting management roles, as well as CIO and Human Resources Director roles.
Ray has a B. Bus (Marketing) Caulfield Institute, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed the Executive Development Programme at Mt Eliza.
