Zubin Shroff |
Zubin has nearly two decades of industry experience in Technology, Operations, HR and Executive Search. Prior to joining BSP Zubin was the Managing Director of TMG a search firm Zubin founded in 2005 and successfully expanded across India (SAARC) and Singapore (ASEAN). Before starting TMG, Zubin ran HR Operations for South Asia at EMC Corporation and their Staffing for Asia Pacific & Japan prior to that. Today Zubin spends considerable time in Singapore executing regional assignments and is responsible for BSP’s India operations.
Zubin has successfully executed searches for leading technology firms in their hiring of MD's, Regional Directors and other senior executives in India and Singapore for the region. He has a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Software Programming.
